Report an error
If a medicine page does not match the official Thai source, or a rule has changed, please tell us through the contact form and choose Correction. It helps if you include:
- the page URL
- what is wrong, and what you believe is correct
- a link to the official source (for example the Thai FDA register entry or the Royal Gazette notification), if you have one
We check every correction report against the official source. We aim to reply within five working days, and sooner for anything about a medicine’s controlled or legal status.
How we correct pages
When we confirm an error, we update the page and its “last checked” date. For significant errors about registration, controlled status or traveller rules, we also add a short correction note to the page.
Copyright
Registration data comes from public Thai government records. Our own text, design and compilation are protected by copyright. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, contact us with:
- the URL of the content concerned
- a description of your work, and evidence that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner
- your contact details
Trademarks
Brand names such as those on our medicine pages are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify medicines. This does not imply any endorsement or connection. If you are a trademark owner and have a concern, please contact us.
